Agreement

By accessing or using Patchlist ("the Service"), operated by Alfaro Labs, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The service

Patchlist is a hosted software service for live audio planning and execution workflows. Access is currently invite-only and features may change as the product evolves.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; or (d) use the Service to store or transmit malicious code.

Your data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. You grant Alfaro Labs a limited license to use that data solely to provide and improve the Service. We will not access your data except as needed to operate the Service, provide support, or comply with law.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Alfaro Labs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alfaro Labs and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amounts you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars ($50), whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alfaro Labs from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time by posting an updated version. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice within the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
